Should Americans who care about life be concerned that the healthcare plans being pushed by Democrats will open the door to government funds for abortion? You bet we should be concerned. These Democrats pushing this plan insist that it isn't true. But if that is so, why did they defeat attempts by Republicans in three different congressional committees to insert language explicitly prohibiting the use of federal funds for abortion. The Left has been calling abortion 'healthcare' for years. Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider, calls its business 'provided reproductive healthcare'. Barack Obama, who supports abortion, opposes the Supreme Court decision in 2007 to ban partial birth abortion. His reasoning: he stated his concern for the health of the pregnant woman. Healtcare is about personal responsibility, values, and building families, not abortion. Please relate this to your elected officials to keep the blood of the innocent from your hands.

The main way to end the poverty cycle is to get poor children educated but teachers' unions refuse to make concessions and hard adjustments like all Americans are making.
President Obama brought with him to the presidency a conviction that we Americans somehow bore some responsibility for the antipathy towards us in the Islamic world and that outreach would help. This is false.
In order to be free, we've got to have a government that protects life, liberty, and property with the same zeal and clarity that our military protects our physical selves.
